Portfolio

$50M+ delivery exposure. Open evidence, private references.

The work spans banking, insurance, government, and enterprise technology. Banking, Financial Services and Insurance has the deepest evidence trail. Every case study follows the same structure: what was unclear, what decisions had to be made, which artifacts unblocked the build, what stays private.

Flagship evidence

Case studies that show decision quality.

I do not publish confidential documents here. I show the reasoning through anonymized visuals: stakeholder maps, API flows, go-live dashboards, decision logs, and before/after requirements.

Proven track record

Evidence a recruiter or hiring leader can scan quickly.

I keep the strongest public signals easy to find. Names, documents, and deeper references stay private, on request, under NDA.

Artifact wall

Delivery artifacts that make the case studies concrete.

Stakeholder map

Power, concern, decision rights, cadence, escalation risk.

Built before requirements are written. Surfaces the stakeholders who have veto power but are not in the room yet.

API and data handoff

Systems, owners, fields, validation rules, exceptions, control points.

Replaces “dev and QA figure it out” with a document that prevents the most common integration failures before they hit testing.

Before/after requirements

Vague request → user story, business rule, acceptance criteria, test cue.

Shows the actual transformation: what came in, what decisions were made, what came out. The gap is the value.

Go-live readiness

Defects, dependencies, training, monitoring, rollback, support, sign-off.

Go-live is a decision, not a date. This artifact makes that decision explicit, with ownership at every control point.

Before/After requirements — one example

Before — what came in

“We need the checkout to be faster and handle more users.”

Engineering built a 45ms API response. Design reduced one click. The stakeholder meant something else entirely. Six weeks later: “This is not what I had in mind.”

After — what went into the sprint

User Story: As a returning customer with a saved payment method, I want to complete checkout in under 3 clicks so that I can place an order without re-entering payment details.

Acceptance Criteria: Given I am logged in with a saved payment method, when I click “Buy now”, then I complete the purchase within 3 interactions and receive order confirmation within 5 seconds.

Business Rule: Saved payment methods require no re-entry under $500 CAD. CVV re-entry required above $500.

Exception Path: If saved card is expired, redirect to payment update before the order attempt — not after it fails.

Delivery tool library

Use practical tools that prove how the work gets done.

Each tool turns a messy delivery problem into a concrete output, then connects to related evidence, articles, and next steps.

Delivery readiness

Go-live readiness, dependency mapping, risk radar, stakeholder communication, sprint planning, and RCA workflows.

Regulated workflows and integration

Fintech discovery, payment gateway requirements, regulatory impact, API documentation, data dictionary outputs, and transferable workflow logic.

Flagship case studies

Deep evidence. Not portfolio cards.

Same structure every time: problem, role, constraints, decisions, artifacts, before/after, outcome, related tools, what to do next.
